This three-piece suit is crafted in black with all-over hand-worked chikankari embroidery — geometric and floral motifs across the kameez body, sleeves and dupatta. The cut-out choker neckline with button placket gives the piece a contemporary edge while the embroidery roots it firmly in craft tradition.
Worn here in its natural element — the embroidery catches light differently at every angle, revealing the depth of the handwork.
Chikankari is a centuries-old embroidery tradition originating in Mughal-era South Asia. Each stitch is worked by hand. No two pieces are identical.
